Danielle Temple is an Associate at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia, practising in Labour and Employment Law. She advises employers on a range of workplace matters, including labour relations, employment standards, human rights, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety, and related disputes.
Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2020. During law school, she was recognized as a Wesbrook Scholar Finalist and competed as a finalist in the National Labour Arbitration Moot. She also served as a caseworker with the university’s Innocence Project, assisting with the review of wrongful conviction claims.
Before attending law school, Danielle worked in labour relations following completion of her SSHRC-funded graduate studies. Her background provides her with practical insight into workplace and labour matters across a variety of industries.
Danielle works with clients on labour and employment matters throughout British Columbia. Outside of her practice, she enjoys hiking and kayaking.
