Biography
Danielle generally assists industrial facilities, mining operations, and agricultural operations with all aspects of environmental regulation, including air, waste, and water quality issues. She frequently assists clients in performing environmental regulatory audits of their facilities. Danielle is well versed in all aspects of permitting under the Clean Air Act (CAA) and often assists clients to manage their CAA compliance obligations and understanding regulatory requirements. As part of her practice, Danielle also advises governmental agencies on Clean Air Act and Floodplain Control issues.
Before working in the private sector, Danielle worked for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), where she drafted rules and State Implementation Plans (SIPs). Notably, she worked with agricultural stakeholders for years to develop agricultural and animal operations best management practices rules to help reduce particulate matter emissions in nonattainment areas throughout the State.

Presented at the 2026 Arizona State Bar Convention - Proactive Protection: Environmental Compliance Best Practices.
Co-authored “The Evolving CBD and Hemp Market,” Michigan Bar Journal, June 2021. Authored the section, “Cannabis and environmental regulations,” which includes a discussion of water supply/groundwater discharge, waste management, and air quality permitting concerns.
Presented at the Environmental Professionals of Arizona (EPAZ) on the Environmental Regulations affecting Cannabis Operations.

Danielle is currently serving as President for the Environmental Professionals of Arizona (EPAZ) and also served as the EPAZ Conference Chair for 3 years. She has previously served for several years as on State Bar of Arizona Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section Committee (ENRLS) and participated in the Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law Mentorship Initiative in Sustainability Law (MISL) program.
