Danielle Bensler

Danielle practices corporate, commercial and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions, commercial transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Danielle also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters.Outside of work, Danielle enjoys skiing, cycling (fair weather only), trail running, playing tennis and soccer, and trying local restaurants and breweries.
