Danielle Bartlett is an Associate in the Civil Litigation Practice Group at Tierney Stauffer LLP, joining the firm in January 2024. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2017, she focuses her practice on Estates Litigation and Personal Injury, with extensive experience handling claims involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, disability claims, and sexual assault. She regularly represents clients recovering from serious, life-altering injuries.
Danielle possesses significant advocacy experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals, including the License Appeal Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal for ODSP and CPP-Disability appeals.
Active in the legal community, Danielle has served on the External Relations Committee for the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA), acted as an articling student mentor, and presented as a guest speaker at the CCLA Annual Civil Litigation Conference.
Based in Ottawa, Danielle also serves clients out of Tierney Stauffer LLP’s Cornwall and Kingston locations. She holds both her undergraduate and law degrees from Ottawa institutions.
