Dan earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was recognized as a Robert McKay Scholar. He also graduated cum laude from Duke University. Before joining Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP, Dan was a partner at Petrillo Klein & Boxer LLP, a litigation firm based in New York City.
