Daniel Weiss

Daniel is an associate in the Corporate Group. Daniel advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, corporate governance, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Daniel also advises on matters related to public and private investment funds, including fund formation and structuring.

Daniel completed a secondment to Stikeman Elliott's New York office in 2024.
