Biography
Daniel Vilas Boas is a partner of Vilas Boas, Lopes e Frattari Advogados with more than 20 years of experience in Civil and Corporate Litigation. He focuses on managing special litigations, aiming to execute the best strategy with technical expertise. Currently, he has been conducting cases of great impact in Commercial Law.
Vilas Boas was graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1998), and is a Master and Doctor of Law by Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2003 and 2008). Besides his experience as a lawyer, Daniel is a Professor of master courses in Business Law.
He authored the books: “O contrato de concessão comercial e o Direito da Concorrência” and “Recuperação Judicial após a Falência”, as well as several papers on Corporate Law.
Additionally, Daniel is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr).
