Before entering the legal field, Daniel held a variety of roles that shaped his practical, problem-solving approach. He worked in the restaurant industry for several years, including participating in an international training team that helped open a new location abroad. After returning to the states, he enrolled at North Carolina Central University School of Law while maintaining full-time employment – first writing Social Security Disability legal briefs and then later as a paralegal. Both experiences introduced him to legal advocacy on behalf of individuals facing significant challenges.
After earning his law degree, Daniel transitioned into a full-time attorney role, focusing on workers’ compensation cases and developing experience guiding clients through each stage of the process.
Approach to RepresentationDaniel’s practice is centered on helping injured employees navigate a system that can often feel complex and overwhelming. He takes a methodical and hands-on approach, working closely with clients to understand the details of their cases, identify challenges, and develop practical strategies moving forward.
That mindset carries through his legal practice, where he focuses on investigating claims, working through obstacles, and advocating for fair treatment from employers and insurance carriers. His experience across multiple aspects of workers’ compensation cases allows him to guide clients through negotiations and, when necessary, litigation.“I enjoy being an attorney because being able to represent individuals from all different backgrounds against large insurance companies and big business makes me feel like I’m helping level the playing field.”
