Daniel R. Law

Dan Law practices exclusively in commercial real estate law. He is involved in a broad range of commercial real property acquisitions, dispositions and financings on behalf of REITs, pension funds, private developers and lenders.

Dan has established a broad-based real estate practice, focused on the acquisition, disposition and financing of a wide range of commercial, industrial and investment properties, including hotels, long term care facilities, apartment buildings, funeral homes, and regional shopping centers.

He has experience advising clients on the structuring of investments in real estate in Canada through joint ventures, co-ownerships, long-term ground leases, sale-leasebacks and other similar structures.
