Daniel Pflüger

Dr Daniel Pflüger has, for approximately 20 years, been advising clients on matters involving public construction and environmental law. He concentrates on giving legal advice regarding the procurement of planning approval, in particular concerning the project development of complex (large-scale) building projects. His range of expertise covers planning approval for one-family homes, construction management planning of large housing projects and complex special real estate such as hospitals, shopping centres and logistics sites. He always aims to arrive at an appropriate solution by closely working together with all project stakeholders such as surveyors and town planners. Since Dr Daniel Pflüger advises project developers, property developers as well as private individuals and councils, he is aware of the different viewpoints concerning these issues. This helps him to find fair solutions and avoid lengthy court cases. Making courts enforce his clients’ interests is however also part of his range of services when it comes to matters such as the implementation of existing building law or defending his clients against regulatory instructions or unwelcome neighbourhood building projects.
