Daniel P. Perk has been practicing law since 1985. His practice areas include general commercial litigation, construction litigation, tax appeal/tax tribunal litigation, real estate litigation and immigration law. Industries that he works with include manufacturing, construction, real estate, and nonprofits as well as various business owners and individuals.
Mr. Perk is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and belongs to the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association – where he is a Fellow, the State Bar of Michigan, Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Kalamazoo County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is actively involved in the Pro Bono Program in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Albert J. Engel, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit Court.
