Daniel Pellegrin maintains a nationwide practice focused on insurance litigation and coverage matters. Daniel advises insurance carriers in all manner of coverage disputes related to insurance policies for various lines including, life, cyber, property, CGL, inland marine, and commercial auto. He represents and advises insurance carriers on various types of first-party matters, including those involving allegations of bad faith claim handling, breach of contract, and fraud, as well as reinsurance treaty disputes between carriers in arbitration before the America Arbitration Association. In addition, Daniel has extensive experience litigating third-party insurance defense matters including, commercial litigation, personal injury, professional liability, construction defect, products liability, and general liability claims.
