Daniel P. O’Toole is an award-winning trial attorney known for his record-breaking results in some of the toughest personal injury cases in New York, including verdicts of $110 million, $32 million, $30 million, and $20 million among others. In 2024, Mr. O’Toole, along with partners David Scher and Scott Occhiogrosso, obtained the largest reported personal injury settlement in New York history in the amount of $65,000,000, with a projected payout expected to exceed $117,000,000 over the plaintiff’s lifetime.

Over the course of his career, Mr. O’Toole has secured more than 230 settlements exceeding $1,000,000, including more than $150,000,000 in resolutions in 2024 alone.
