Daniel Strober is a partner in the Private Client Services Group at Torkin Manes LLP in Toronto, Ontario. His practice focuses on Trusts and Estates, including estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters for individuals and families.
Daniel advises clients on the preparation and review of wills, powers of attorney, and trusts, helping them develop estate plans that reflect their personal, financial, and family circumstances. He also assists executors and trustees with the administration of estates, including applications for Certificates of Appointment of Estate Trustee, with and without a Will (commonly referred to as probate).
