Daniel J. Broxup is a member of the firm's securities and litigation practice groups. He represents investors nationwide in securities arbitration and litigation matters, typically on a contingency fee basis. Dan also has a diverse commercial litigation and appellate practice.

Dan is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), a former Director of Michigan State University’s Investor Advocacy Clinic, and has passed Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination series. He regularly speaks and writes about legal issues affecting investors. Dan has presented at seminars such as the Midwest Securities Law Conference, and has been quoted and interviewed by numerous media outlets. He maintains a blog that is focused on investor advocacy topics.

Dan was selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America© in the area of commercial litigation. Dan received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Evansville, cum laude, and a juris doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, magna cum laude. While at college, he played Division 1 soccer. Dan captained the team for two years and received all conference and all region honors.

Dan currently serves on the firm's three-person Management Committee and is vice-chair of the firm's litigation practice group. He is also active in the community through organizations such as Special Olympics of Michigan.
