Daniel G. "Dan" Fetterly

Daniel Fetterly is a Vancouver-based lawyer with a long-standing practice focused on Aviation Law and Product Liability Law. He has acted as defence counsel in aviation-related litigation throughout his career, with experience spanning more than three decades. His work frequently involves representing manufacturers of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft in litigation arising from aviation accidents and related claims.

Since beginning practice in 1992, Dan has worked with a wide range of clients and has developed long-term professional relationships built on a practical, thorough approach to complex litigation. In each matter, his objective is to identify the key legal and factual issues early and pursue efficient, effective strategies to resolve claims.

Dan joined Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP as Associate Counsel in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he practised as a partner at two Vancouver litigation boutique firms, where he further developed his experience in aviation litigation and product liability matters. He continues to represent clients across British Columbia and beyond from the firm’s Vancouver office.
