Daniel is an Associate at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, a personal injury law firm serving clients in Toronto and across Ontario. His practice focuses on Personal Injury Litigation and Insurance Law, representing individuals who have been injured as a result of negligence or denied insurance benefits. Daniel regularly handles matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, long-term disability claims, product liability, and medical malpractice. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Western University, where he served as a caseworker with Western Law’s Community Legal Services. Prior to law school, Daniel completed studies in psychology and neuroscience at Queen’s University, where he participated in academic research and contributed to published work.
