Daniel Albolea Junior

Partner Daniel has extensive experience in Dispute Resolution, Strategic Litigation before Superior Courts, Complex Contracts and Negotiations, Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring, Real Estate, Debt and Credit Restructuring, and Insurance Law.

He has built a solid career in preventive and contentious corporate legal advisory, having served as General Counsel for national and multinational companies, where he coordinated projects involving corporate and tax restructurings, judicial asset and liability management, contract governance, and strategic risk control.

For over fifteen years, Daniel also dedicated himself to academia, teaching Civil and Corporate Law at several universities, including Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco, maintained by the Fundação dos Rotarianos de São Paulo. His combined experience in both corporate and academic environments provides him with a unique perspective in resolving complex legal challenges.
