Daniel A. Crespo

Daniel A. Crespo is a Partner at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, where he focuses on complex civil defense litigation. Admitted to the California State Bar in 2004, he is licensed to practice before all California state courts.

Mr. Crespo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, before earning his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 2004.

With extensive experience in complex civil litigation, Mr. Crespo specializes in construction defect, general liability defense, and high-stakes cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and multimillion-dollar construction projects. He represents a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to multinational corporations, providing strategic, results-oriented counsel in a wide variety of litigated matters.

Mr. Crespo has successfully negotiated numerous reasonable resolutions and obtained complete defense awards/verdicts at arbitration and trial for both complex construction and general liability cases.
