Dan Stormer is a partner with Hadsell Stormer Renick & Dai LLP in Pasadena, California. He represents individuals in Civil Rights Law, Employment Law - Individuals, and Litigation - Labor and Employment matters. A graduate of New York University School of Law in 1974 and Wagner College in 1968, Mr. Stormer has practiced in the areas of civil rights, international human rights, constitutional law, and employment litigation for more than four decades.
Throughout his career, Mr. Stormer has handled complex litigation in state and federal courts involving civil rights, workplace rights, constitutional claims, and public interest matters. He has participated in more than 70 published appellate decisions and has argued cases at multiple levels of the court system, including the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Stormer has received recognition from a variety of legal publications and organizations. He has been included in Lawdragon Magazine’s 500 Leading Lawyers, 500 Leading Litigators, 500 Leading National Plaintiff Employment Lawyers, and 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers in America. He has also been recognized in Best Lawyers in America and received the California Attorney of the Year (CLAY) award from California Lawyer for his work in civil rights matters.

Mr. Stormer regularly lectures and writes on civil rights, employment law, constitutional law, and trial advocacy. He has taught at hundreds of seminars and litigation programs for organizations including the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He has also taught at Hastings College of Law, Loyola Law School, Southwestern Law School, the University of San Fernando Law School, and People’s College of Law.
