Damian Racanelli

Damian Racanelli is a real estate attorney representing real estate developers, investors, landlords and tenants in a variety of transactional real estate and construction matters.

Damian has extensive leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants in the office, industrial and retail markets. He also utilizes his experience in the real estate field to efficiently assist his clients with the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate.

Before pursuing his law degree and joining the firm, Damian worked as a general contractor in the construction industry.
