Damian J. Arguello

Damian J. Arguello is an attorney at Crest Insurance Law & Consulting (formerly Colorado Insurance Law Center) in Broomfield, Colorado. Mr. Arguello is an experienced insurance attorney, adjunct professor of law, and expert witness who serves clients across the United States.

Born and raised in Colorado, Mr. Arguello has over a decade of legal experience. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent several years working in the insurance industry in various major cities throughout the country. Over the course of his legal career, he has represented individuals, businesses and major corporations in complex insurance matters.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Arguello serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and the University of Colorado Law School. He regularly writes and speaks on insurance law topics.

Mr. Arguello is a member of various professional insurance organizations. These include the American Association of Insurance Management Consultants. Mr. Arguello earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business and received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He is a member of the Adams/Broomfield Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
