D. Gregory "Greg" Dunagan

Greg Dunagan is a shareholder in the Mobile (AL) office. His practice primarily involves defending businesses in premises liability litigation and employers in workers’ compensation claims. He also defends claims involving workers’ compensation retaliatory discharge, automobile negligence and personal injury. Greg is also a trained mediator and is available to assist attorneys and their clients in mediating disputes involving his areas of practice.

Greg is AV Preeminent® rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and has been selected to The Best Lawyers in America® (2016-2026) in the area of workers’ compensation. He was also selected by The Best Lawyers in America® as 2023 Lawyer of the Year in Workers’ Compensation Law in Mobile, Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Mobile County Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in mathematics, graduating cum laude, from Huntingdon College (AL) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Greg enjoys cooking for his family, friends, co-workers and church gatherings. He is active in his church, where he enjoys singing in the choir and serves as a deacon.
