Cristina Nieto

Cristina Nieto Enríquez developed her professional career at the prestigious Cuatrecasas law firm for 12 years, where she acquired extensive experience in assisting in oral trials before all bodies of the Criminal Jurisdiction, exercising both the defense and private prosecution of individuals and legal entities, as well as in preventive legal advice at national and international levels, and in the development and implementation of crime prevention programs (Corporate Compliance). After her time at Cuatrecasas, she went on to head the Criminal and Corporate Compliance Department of the CHR legal firm, and, in 2016, she founded her own law firm.

She regularly provides training to managers and employees on corporate criminal liability and crime prevention and has participated in criminal proceedings of great relevance and public significance. She is the author of specialized articles in various legal journals, and regularly participates as a speaker at conferences related to criminal law.

Cristina Nieto has extensive professional experience in the management and legal defence of all types of criminal matters and is able to practice her professional activity in five languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
