Cristian Mitrani is an expert in international business law, with particular emphasis on M&A, joint ventures, various types of business transactions, corporate governance, international arbitration, competition law and white collar crime. He has acted as lead counsel in record-setting privatizations, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances in various countries.
He assists clients on corporate investigations, on the implementation of procedures for the prevention of white collar crime and on strategic management of critical litigation.
Cristian Mitrani leads the Corporate/M&A practice of Mitrani Caballero Ojam & Ruiz Moreno. Previously, Mr. Mitrani was a partner in charge of the international practice at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2000-2007). He was a visiting partner with Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, Milan (2004- 2005) and senior in-house counsel with the Techint Group (1984-2000). He previously served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice (1980-1984) and the National Administrative Court of Appeals (1978-1980).
