Cristel Chabot-Lapointe

Cristel Chabot-Lapointe is a partner in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial group. Her practice focuses on business law, primarily on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.

Cristel represents several private equity firms and institutional funds as well as their portfolio companies in transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, sales, equity investments and reorganizations, as well as day-to-day advisory.

Cristel is actively involved in the community. She has been a member and co-chair of Réseau Capital’s New generation committee. She also served on the board of directors of Maison Plein Coeur, a non-profit organization.
