Crispin J. Arthur

Crispin is the Administrative Partner of the Calgary office and practices in the areas of business law, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and energy. He advises clients on corporate finance, public and private M&A, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters across a range of industries, including oil and gas, oilfield services, mining, power, and manufacturing.

Crispin has significant experience with corporate finance and securities transactions, including public and private debt and equity financings, venture and private equity investments, initial public offerings, business combinations, and stock exchange listings.

He frequently acts as counsel to boards of directors and special committees on change-of-control transactions, including takeover bids, plans of arrangement, amalgamations, asset transactions, and equity infusions. Crispin also regularly advises directors and senior management on a wide range of corporate governance and regulatory matters.
