Craig B. Etlin

Craig Etlin at MoFo is extremely responsive and extremely bright. He reads documents carefully, has excellent insight, and importantly does not fob you off on a junior associate who needs to be educated. We would follow him if he left the firm, we feel he's the best general real estate attorney in S.F.

While I rate the firm very highly, Craig Etlin is a big reason I give them that rating. He has represented our firm for the past 17 years in numerous real estate transactions, including acquisitions (the most recent being an acquisition of a major hotel) in the amount of 165 million. He has a long track record assisting us with purchasing, selling, refinancing, overseeing litigation, labor, leasing issues, and he has been outstanding as a lawyer. He is extremely smart, and has a many years of experience, something like 18 years. His memory is incredible and he can often recall a small detail in a deal done years ago which may govern an action today. His responsiveness is excellent. He returns every call the same day and treats you as though you are the priority. His integrity is never compromised. He is really an outstanding lawyer and all his clients feel the same way. He is the best.
