Biography
Courtney K. Warmington is an advisory director in Crowe & Dunlevy’s Labor and Employment Section. Since joining the group in 1999, Ms. Warmington has successfully represented management in cases brought by employees under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Oklahoma’s Workers’ Compensation laws, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Warmington has worked with employers in dealing with administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission and the Oklahoma Department of Labor.
