Biography
Ms. Harden has 20 years of civil litigation experience in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has litigated diverse and varied topics throughout her career including eminent domain, breach of contract, medical malpractice, construction defect, partition, establishment of prescriptive easement, professional liability, covenant enforcement, and actions to quiet title. In recent years, Ms. Harden’s practice has focused on representing condemning authorities in eminent domain matters.
Ms. Harden sits on the on the board of the George Mason School of Business Women in Business Initiative (“WIBI”). As a board member, Ms. Harden works with George Mason’s undergraduate and graduate business students to provide mentorship and internship opportunities. Ms. Harden works with WIBI to raise money to provide annual scholarships to one undergraduate and one graduate student of George Mason’s School of Business.
