Biography

Collier Moore is originally from White Hall, Arkansas and joined RMP Law as a partner in March of 2014. He practices in the areas of Trusts and Estates and Elder Law, serving individuals and families throughout Springdale, Arkansas and across the state. His estate planning work includes wills and trusts, with a strong focus on asset protection strategies related to special needs planning and long-term care planning.

Mr. Moore regularly works with families who have children or adults with special needs. His work often involves the planning, drafting, establishment, and funding of special needs trusts designed to comply with Social Security and Medicaid requirements. He has also assisted other Arkansas attorneys with complex special needs trust matters, including those arising from large personal injury recoveries.

In addition to special needs planning, Collier Moore’s practice includes Medicaid planning, Medicaid crisis planning, and asset protection for individuals facing long-term care needs. He is one of only three attorneys in Arkansas who hold the Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) designation. His work frequently involves guardianships, public benefits planning, Medicaid applications, and representation before the Arkansas Department of Human Services, where an understanding of administrative law is essential.

Collier is married to Kara and is the father of three children: Creed, Emery, and Ellison.
