Colleen S. Heckman is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Colleen is committed to working tirelessly to defend clients when litigation arises.

Colleen represents employers in a wide range of litigation issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour matter in state and federal courts, and administrative agencies. Colleen also conducts workplace investigations.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Colleen represented public and private employers at a prominent New Jersey law firm in labor and employment litigation in various courts and administrative agencies. She also counseled employers on day-to-day labor and employment matters and conducted workplace investigations.
