Colin J. Smith

Colin J. Smith is a partner in Holland & Knight's Northern Virginia office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Section. Mr. Smith focuses his practice primarily on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including development, sales and acquisitions, financings, and leasing.

Mr. Smith has extensive knowledge and experience with the leasing and operation of parking facilities; he served as outside counsel to a large national parking management company. His clients include landlords and developers, property management and leasing companies, general contractors, parking management companies, construction managers and commercial mortgage brokers, as well as varied private and governmental entities that own and lease real property.
