Biography
Cody James Jess is a shareholder at Moyes, Sellers & Hendricks Ltd. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and business law. He is experienced in Chapter 7, 11, and 15 (cross-border insolvency) bankruptcy and has been selected by Super Lawyers® since 2012.
A 2006 Willard H. Pedrick Scholar at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Cody is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Bankruptcy and Trial Practice sections, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is a Barrister in the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
Cody also provides pro bono assistance to indigent persons through Community Legal Services' Volunteer Lawyers Program.
