Cody C. Bailey

Tommie is a member and former Practice Group Leader for the Regulatory and Government Relations Group. His practice is focused on redistricting and voting rights, administrative law, government relations and environmental law.

Parker serves as the Practice Group Leader of the Firm’s Regulatory and Government Relations Practice Group. Parker’s practice includes representing a variety of state and local governmental bodies or private parties needing regulatory approvals and/or economic development incentives before such bodies. As a result, Parker has a breadth of experience and knowledge in navigating regulatory, administrative economic development and litigation matters for both public and private clients.

Troy focuses his practice on municipal bonds, public finance, economic development incentives, and government relations. He has represented cities, counties, schools, community colleges, hospitals, universities, developers, companies, economic development agencies, and other entities to assist them in constructing and developing projects statewide.

Mark focuses his practice on complex and mass tort litigation, with an emphasis on defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in federal and state courts across the country. He also has experience in a range of chemical exposure, product liability and commercial cases, and he is experienced in defending consumer protection cases brought by the Mississippi Attorney General against product manufacturers.
