The primary focus of Dr. Anno Haberer’s work is advising on antitrust law covering both antitrust violation and merger control proceedings as well as on contract wording in line with antitrust legislation. Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He is currently a lecturer in private business law at the distance learning university HFH Hamburg. In addition, he is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and of supervisory boards of commercial companies.
