Claudia Bracken is a senior associate in POELLATH's Munich office.

She joined POELLATH in 2022. Her practice areas include mergers & acquisitions, as well as succession planning for family businesses, high net worth individuals, foundations and trusts.

In her previous position as an associate at a leading international law firm, she was part of the global transactions team and gained valuable experience in transactions, in particular, in the healthcare and IT sector.

Clients particularly appreciate her goal-driven approach, her understanding of economic aspects and her high degree of empathy.

She studied law in Wuerzburg, admitted to the German bar in 2018 and served as a M&A and corporate lawyer at a major international law firm in Munich, before she joined POELLATH.
