Biography
Mr. Claude-Armand Sheppard, Ad. E., is a Partner in our Civil and Commercial Litigation Group. His practice focuses on most aspects of civil and commercial litigation, especially defamation, shareholder conflicts, and administrative and constitutional law, as well as claims by senior executives for wrongful dismissal. He frequently appears as head counsel in very significant disputes or as arbitrator of commercial disputes.
