Christopher T. Magette

Chris is a Member of Gordon Feinblatt's Financial Services and Real Estate Practices. His practice focuses on representing clients in all aspects of finance, real estate, and business transactions.

Chris has extensive experience representing local, regional, and national banks and other financial institutions in connection with structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing all types of commercial finance transactions. He regularly counsels lenders in a variety of finance transactions, including real estate acquisition and development; construction lending; asset based financing; equipment financing; syndicated credit facilities; and SBA loans. In addition to his work on finance transactions at the origination phase, Chris also has significant experience with commercial loan workouts, including documenting complex commercial loan restructurings and forbearance agreements, liquidating collateral, and otherwise enforcing security interests.
