Christopher S. Campbell (“Christopher”) has more than 30 years of combined professional and educational experience representing businesses, health care providers, and insurance carriers in complex litigation. His practice focuses on litigation, trial work, and appellate matters, with significant experience in health care litigation, labor and employment disputes, and the defense of medical malpractice claims. Christopher represents clients in courts throughout Tennessee and provides counsel on matters involving regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.
Christopher serves as outside defense counsel for one of the region’s largest health care providers, where he assists with litigation, compliance, and related legal matters. He also represents national insurance carriers in cases involving construction, automobile, and insurance-related disputes. His work frequently involves managing high-stakes litigation, coordinating defense strategies, and guiding clients through complex legal and regulatory environments.
Over the course of his career, Christopher has acted as lead counsel in cases that addressed or clarified issues under Tennessee law. These matters include LaFrancine Gibson, as Surviving Relative and Next Friend of Georgia Jones Deceased v. Yellow Cab, No. W2008-02417-COA-R3-CV (Filed December 15, 2009), and Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. v. William Hamilton Smythe, III, et al., No. W2010-01339-SC-R11-CV (Decided April 25, 2013).
