Chris offers a unique perspective to his clients' litigation goals, having served as a law clerk for both federal appellate and trial court judges. A zealous advocate, Chris litigates a wide variety of business and contract disputes, including amongst corporate shareholders, oil-and-gas lease disputes, construction-and design-defect claims, guaranty and loan disputes, employment issues, public bid disputes, and fiduciary-duty litigation.
Chris advises his clients through all stages of litigation and has advocated on behalf of clients in state and federal courts, including through motions practice, contested hearings, and appellate arguments. Leveraging his experience as a federal law clerk, Chris provides unique insight on high-stakes briefing.
Chris also offers clients expertise on Federal Trade Commission issues, including made-in-the-USA claims, warranty claims, false advertising, and data privacy and security.
Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Chris worked as a law clerk for the Honorable James L. Graham in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and for the Honorable Alan E. Norris in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
