Chris Hart, a dedicated attorney located in Columbia, South Carolina, brings his perseverance and commitment to Hart Law. Growing up in South Carolina, Chris learned the value of hard work early on. With his mother managing multiple jobs to support the family and his father working as a bus driver for Greyhound Bus Lines, Chris was instilled with values that guided him to serve his community.

In his senior year of high school, Chris joined the military, and just six months after graduation, at 18, he served in Operation Desert Storm. As a Gulf War veteran, Chris was stationed near the Iraqi border in King Khalid Military City, performing significant duties in the operating room to aid wounded soldiers—a testament to his dedication and resilience.

Following his return from Saudi Arabia, Chris pursued higher education at Midlands Technical College. There, he demonstrated an exceptional work ethic, earning transfer credits to attend Howard University. Chris excelled academically and contributed to campus life as a student ambassador and Chapel usher at the historic Andrew Rankin Chapel. His determination and hard work culminated in a BA degree in political science, achieved in just three years.

At Hart Law, Chris focuses on Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs and Workers' Compensation Law - Claimants, providing thoughtful representation to individuals in need. For more information, visit his website.

Third-Party Claims in South Carolina Worker’s Compensation Cases

Sustaining an injury at work brings enough stress without the added concern of financial burdens. While workers' compensation offers assistance, it does not account for every expense.
