Having practiced corporate and securities law for 23 years, Mr. Ivey specializes in public and private mergers and acquisitions, transactional matters for emerging growth companies, venture capital financings, commercial finance,public offerings, private equity, corporate governance and regulation under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
