Chris is a Tax Associate in the Vancouver office. His practice focuses on advising clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, and other business transactions.
Chris is an active member of the Canadian tax community. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation Young Practitioner’s Steering Committee, and regularly presents at Canadian Tax Foundation conferences and contributes to Bloomberg Tax International Forum publications.
