Biography
Dr Christoph Süßenberger has been a lawyer since 1999, advising start-ups, SMEs, and international companies on IT law, digitalisation, and intellectual property. His practice covers contract drafting, project consulting, (agile) software development, and legal support for innovative services such as XaaS and IoT. He also advises on IT aspects of corporate transactions and public tenders, and has extensive experience in developing and protecting digital intellectual property.
