Christoph Lichtenberg

Dr Christoph Th. H. Lichtenberg has been a lawyer since 1998, specialising in private construction law and architectural and engineering law since 1999. He has advised on major construction projects—including road, civil, and building construction—in Frankfurt, Munich, and Stuttgart, working closely with construction companies, commercial clients, and project managers. His core areas include contract drafting, claim management, and legal representation in disputes, especially regarding fees and liability in architectural and engineering law.

Dr Lichtenberg is a long-standing contributor to the journal Immobilien- und Baurecht (IBR) and co-author of several specialist books, including the Handbook of Real Estate Law and leading form books on construction and architectural law.
