Christoph Börskens

Dr. Christoph Börskens is a lawyer, notary and partner in the Frankfurt office of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner mbB Rechtsanwälte. He advises on all areas of Real Estate and Corporate law but focuses on his work as notary.

Prior to joining Friedrich Graf von Westphalen, he worked at international law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Paul Hastings and Allen & Overy and was a partner in a Frankfurt boutique law firm specialised on notary work. He studied law and business administration at Münster University.

Christoph’s notary work encompasses a broad range of contractual topics with a strong focus on Real Estate, Corporate/M&A and Corporate Finance.
