Dr. Felix Klemt primarily advises clients in the fields of real estate, building and corporate law. His work focuses on project developments, transactions, corporate formation and structuring and advising young, innovative companies. In addition, Felix Klemt provides guidance on the tax aspects of real estate and corporate law.

Timo Alte studied law at the University of Würzburg where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He undertook his legal training in Düsseldorf and also a legal internship in Sydney/Australia. Timo Alte lectures trainee lawyers on corporate law for the Stuttgart Bar Association, is a member of the Working Group on Commercial and Corporate Law of the German Bar Association (DAV) and of the Corporate Law Association (VGR).

Ulrich Schnelle studied law at the universities of Passau, Geneva, Freiburg and Illinois. He obtained his doctorate at the University of Freiburg (Dr. jur.) and is an honorary professor of Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences for economics and the environment. In addition, he is a member and chairman of various supervisory boards.

Corporate law is the main focus of Verena Eisenlohr’s consultancy work. Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He is currently a lecturer in private business law at the distance learning university HFH Hamburg.
