Ms. Hathaway also regularly counsels her clients in everyday matters, including corporate governance, business formation, corporate and partnership/LLC law issues and commercial agreements.
Ms. Hathaway has led transactions across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, energy, consumer products, healthcare and financial services for clients ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 100 companies. She has also served as outside general counsel to numerous clients throughout her career. The depth of Ms. Hathaway's knowledge and experience allows her to anticipate the significant legal and business issues in a transaction and provide creative solutions for her clients.
Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Ms. Hathaway was a capital markets/mergers and acquisitions partner in the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P.
