Tina Muscarella Gooch is a shareholder at Sutin, Thayer & Browne APC and serves as one of the firm’s office group leaders in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ms. Gooch regularly represents businesses, individuals, and organizations in New Mexico state and federal courts. Her litigation work involves disputes arising from employment relationships, construction projects, shareholder and business matters, contested probate and trust issues, surety claims, professional liability, easement disputes, personal injury, and constitutional matters.
