Biography

Tina Muscarella Gooch is a shareholder at Sutin, Thayer & Browne APC and serves as one of the firm’s office group leaders in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has more than a decade of experience representing clients throughout New Mexico in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters. Her practice includes Cannabis Law, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Employment Law – Management, and Litigation – Construction.

Ms. Gooch regularly represents businesses, individuals, and organizations in New Mexico state and federal courts. Her litigation work involves disputes arising from employment relationships, construction projects, shareholder and business matters, contested probate and trust issues, surety claims, professional liability, easement disputes, personal injury, and constitutional matters. She is frequently involved in complex commercial litigation that requires strategic planning and detailed legal analysis.

Her experience spans all phases of litigation, including pre-lawsuit investigations, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, trials, and appellate briefing. Ms. Gooch works closely with clients to understand their goals and to develop practical approaches to resolving disputes efficiently while protecting their legal interests.

In addition to representing the firm’s clients, she often collaborates with outside counsel seeking local representation or support for matters pending in New Mexico courts.
